Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher is a ticket only voucher for the quantity of people specified on your ticket.

This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of guest cancellation or reduction in number of guests.

Smart casual dress is a minimum requirement for guests attending Christmas Functions.

 1. The Hotel reserves the right to make any reasonable alterations without notice should the need arise. Due to low numbers, certain events may be cancelled. Full notice and alternative dates will be offered and if not suitable, a full refund will be offered.

2. Please ask for information on our dishes should you have any allergen requirements.

3. Any alterations to details or dietary requirements/special needs should be advised by email to [email protected].  The Hotel will then confirm back before any alterations are deemed to be changed. Telephone messages left at reception are not accepted.

4. Function Room Allocation/Table Layouts cannot be requested and are allocated by the hotel based on capacity and are finalized on the day of the function.

5. All payments including deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

6. Please note the pre-payments are lost if the guest decides not to continue with the booking. Pre-payments cannot be used against other ticket payments or be transferred to alternative date.

7. The Imperial Hotel reserve the right to cancel the event. The Imperial Hotel does not accept any liability and shall not be liable for non-completion because of: Weather, Strikes, Riots, COVID-19 or Lockdowns affecting any trade, Adverse weather conditions, Loss, Damage or cancellation due to fire, flood or any other cause beyond its control.

 8. The Imperial Hotel can accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged on our premises. Cloakrooms and car parks are used at the owners own risk.

 9. Any bad behaviour from guests attending events is not tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given if this is the case.

10. Smart casual dress is a minimum requirement for guests attending Christmas Functions.

11. The Hotel does not operate corkage in any Event. Guests are not to bring their own alcohol and if found to be doing so, will be asked to leave the premises.

12. The booking person shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to any part of the Hotel premises or to any fixtures and equipment in the situation where this may arise because of a member of your party. The booking person shall pay the Hotel the amount required to make good or remedy such repair immediately.

13. Please note the bar closes 30 minutes before the end of the event.

14. Guests under 18 years are not permitted at our Party Nights.
